3644102 - purchase requisition workflow restarts when maintenance order is reopened

Symptom

  • When a maintenance order is completed (technical) and subsequently reopened, the same purchase requisition (PR) reappears in the manager's inbox for approval, even if it was previously approved.
  • Reopening a maintenance order updates its scheduled start date to the reopen date, which also resets the release and delivery dates of the purchase requisition.
  • This change retriggers the workflow for PR approval.
