SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Admin>Candidate
2. Search for the candidate with issue
3. Observe that the required field has no value in the candidate's profile.

The field is a picklist field, and the picklist value the candidate chose is currently inactive.

• When candidates fill out their profiles, they choose one of the picklist values.
• But the picklist value the candidate chose is currently inactive.
• The inactive picklist value will not appear in the candidate's profile.

Activate that inactive picklist value.
