3644132 - Output Documents in External Storage - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Documents generated via S4/HANA Cloud Output Management will be uploaded as PDFs to external storage when using the EMAIL or PRINT channels. While the output process completes successfully and the status is marked as "Completed", the file is not found in the external storage. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The documents generated via Output Management are initially created in local storage. A scheduled job runs every 8 hours to relocate these documents to the external storage. Therefore, the files may not be immediately available in the external storage after the output process completes.
