3644147 - Error message:"Routine Number *** is currently not supported" popups in SD document - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After defining the routine number *** in configuration activity "Set Alternative Calculation of Condition Amount" and assigning the routine number to the target condition type in related pricing procedure, when entering the sales documents or billing documents using the pricing procedure, the error message:

"Routine Number *** is currently not supported" popups.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In configuration activity "Set Alternative Calculation of Condition Amount", defining the routine number *** for the custom logic.
2. In configuration activity "Set Pricing Procedure", assigned the routine number to the target condition types in related pricing procedure.
3. Enter a sales document or billing document, which using the pricing procedure mentioned.
4. The error message: "Routine Number *** is currently not supported" .

The routine number used does not falls within the valid number range for the routine in the configuration activity "Set Alternative Calculation of Condition Amount".

The valid range is 3000000 to 3009999.

Access the configuration activity "Set Alternative Calculation of Condition Amount" and adjust the routine number to ensure it falls within the valid range of 3000000 to 3009999.
