3644161 - How to restrict company selection in Add New Hire to Onboarding - Onboarding

In the "Add New Hire to Onboarding" page, users can select any Company (Legal Entity) without restrictions, even when Role-Based Permissions (RBP) are configured.

1. Navigate to the "Add New Hire to Onboarding" page in Onboarding.
2. Observe that users can select any Company (Legal Entity) in the Company field, regardless of RBP configurations.
3. Attempt to restrict the visibility of the Company field using RBP settings.
4. Note that the restriction does not take effect, and all Companies remain visible.

The current system behavior does not support restricting the Company field in the "Add New Hire to Onboarding" page using RBP or business rules.
