3644192 - No activity time is proposed automatically during production order confirmation in Confirm Production Order Operation app

In configuration activity 102440 - Define Confirmation Parameters, it is configured that the system should automatically propose the confirmation activity time. However, after entering the Yield quantity in Confirm Production Order Operation app, there is no activity time proposed.

1. Enter Confirm Production Order Operation app
2. Enter the production order and operation
3. Enter the Yield quantity
4. Observe that activity times are either not proposed by the system

The activity times are proposed based on the "To Be Confirmed" time of the operation, which can be checked under "Qties/Activities" tab of the operation. This "To Be Confirmed" time is calculated based on the scheduling data maintained in the work center.
If there is no scheduling data maintained in the work center, then no time is calculated for the operation. As a result, "To Be Confirmed" time is 0 and system cannot propose any time during the confirmation.

Correctly maintain the scheduling data in the work center.
