Symptom
- Dependents information added by the new hire during the onboarding process are missing in the Manage Pending Hires (MPH) after the rehire with old employment process is completed.
- The issue occurs during the Onboarding Rehire Verification step(Second Rehire Check) when the candidate is identified as "Rehire with Old Employment".
- The system retains only the old profile data, and the new records are not visible.

Reproducing the Issue
- Add new hire to Onboarding
- New hire add a new dependents information record.
- Submit the Personal Data Collection (PDC) step successfully.
- Perform the Onboarding Rehire Verification step.
- Choose "Rehire with Old Employment".
- Observe that the new dependents information are missing, with only the old profile data retained in MPH.
Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround
Onboardee removes dependent information and responsible users complete Review Rehire Data.
Onboardee can add dependent again post conversion.
