You trigger an ISC event, and then Intelligent Services Center triggers the Integration Center job.

You found the IC job is running on outdated version, though you have a new version for this job.

When you check the ISC event, you may find that "Last Published" has value "undefined".

The ISC job is triggering an outdated version of the job due to the invalid owner of the previous versions.

Go to the ISC event, and save the flow with a valid user.

This should refresh both "Last saved" and "Last Published" timestamp, and then the job should run with correct version.
