3644239 - Cannot use SAC Add-in due to Microsoft 365 message

• Users are not able to use SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Add-in
• The message "Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office Store Add-ins" is displayed

SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office

1. Open Excel
2. Try to connect to SAC Excel Add-in

This error message (Microsoft 365 has been configured to prevent individual acquisition and execution of Office Store Add-ins) indicates that the Office 365 products you are using are managed by your organization. The organization may block downloads of new add-ins from the Office Store to prevent their users from downloading add-ins that have not been approved by the organization.

To solve the issue, please follow the steps in following Help guide, to login to your Office 365 with Admin account and deploy the add-in to the users who should have the access.
