Symptom

  • In Advanced Returns Management (ARM), the MSR_INSPWH transaction is used for inspecting materials during the customer return process.
  • Upon selecting the inspection code and appropriate follow-up action codes, the system generates a delivery and a material document to transition stock from a blocked status to unrestricted, but the stock remains in the same storage location.
  • The inquiry is whether it is possible to trigger a warehouse put away task to move the material to a specific bin from MSR_INSPWH.
