3644255 - Unable redirect to SuccessFactors after resetting password with "Forgot Password"

Symptom

  • External users utilized the following URL for login and try to reset password with the "Forgot Password" function
    • https://<IAS tenant>.accounts.ondemand.com/saml2/idp/sso?sp=https://www.successfactors.com/xxxxxx&idp=https://<IAS tenant>.accounts.ondemand.com
  • Users are redirected to the login page instead of login to the SuccessFactors directly after resetting the password
