3644269 - Start date and end date missing in XML for purchase requisition replication in 3EN scenario - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

End date does not replicate to the connected system for purchase requisitions in the 3EN scenario.

XML messages from the HUB system to the connected system do not capture the start date and end date correctly.

The Purchase Requisition in the connected system will be created with the wrong date.
