3644331 - LMS: How to find multiple entities using only ID?

Symptom

  • How to find multiple users for example, if we only have their IDs available?
  • How can we use the operators during search to find all the users?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. We have a list of userIDs available
  2. We cannot find them easily as we need to add them manually one by one

Resolution

  1. Search for any type of entity in LMS (Users, Items)
  2. At the ID filter, select operator "Any"
  3. Add the list of your IDs separated by a comma and a space.
  4. Search

Example for userID example:

UserID1, UserID2, UserID3, UserID4, UserID5
