Symptom

  • The profile.address field is populated in the SAP Customer Data Cloud Console and visible via the IdentityQuery Tool using the "SELECT * FROM accounts" query.
  • The profile.address field is also visible via the "accounts.search" REST API.
  • The profile.address field is not returned when using the "accounts.getAccountInfo" REST API call.
