3644361 - Proposed Quantity and Proposed Quantity Unit not visible in Product Lists

Symptom

Proposed Quantity and Proposed Quantity Unit (Code) columns are not visible in Product Lists

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Navigation Menu.
  2. Go to Product Lists.
  3. Open a Product List.
  4. Go to Products facet.
  5. Click on User Menu.
  6. Click Start Adaptation.
  7. Under Proposed Products section, click on the Pencil icon.
  8. We observe that Proposed Quantity and Proposed Quantity Unit (Code) are already added, but are not visible in the Proposed Products section.

Cause

The Product List is of type "Listing" and not "Proposal".

Resolution

This is the current system behaviour. Proposed Quantity and Proposed Quantity Unit (Code) can be added only for Products Lists of type "Listing".
