3644409 - How to configure a custom task to download a document - Onboarding

The requirement is to configure a custom new hire task to allow onboardees to download documents.

1. Go to Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
2. Open the custom task where the document needs to be downloaded
3. Click edit > Open Template Editor > Add Element
4. Create an element of type FormLabel
5. Enter relevant fields as required ensuring that the link is entered in field href
6. Save the task
7. Add the task to an onboarding task configuration

Result: Attachment can be downloaded from a custom task by the onboardee
