3644506 - RAT090L1: UoP upload fails or Runtime errors CONVT NO NUMBER, Except. CX SY CONVERSION NO NUMBER when uploading the txt. file

Symptom

When executing program RAT090L1 or RAT090L2 to upload the text file with Unit of Production data as outlined in SAP Note 193542, the real run fails and no data is updated or system short dumps with an ABAP Runtime error CONVT NO NUMBER.
