3644522 - The 'Add Contingent Worker' feature not being available in Search Tools

The 'Add Contingent Worker' feature does not appear in 'Search Tools' or 'Search for actions or people'. However, it can still be accessed by navigating to 'Search Tools' > See All.

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. In the search field, type "Add Contingent Worker".
3. Observe that the feature does not appear in the search results.

1. Go to Manage Action Search.
2. In the search field, type Contingent.
3. Select the action 'Add Contingent Worker'.
4. Add 'Add Contingent Worker' in Custom Paraphrases.
