3644552 - Employee Data update is not creating benefit events log

When performing an update to employee data, the intelligent services center event is raised, but no benefit events log is created.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Update an employee's data 
2. Check the Intelligent Services Center to confirm the event is triggered
3. Verify the Benefits Event Log and observe that no record is found

There are two possible causes:

• More than one ISC event is being triggered simultaneously in the same transaction, causing enrollment delimitation failures.
• The same event is being triggered more than once due to some error on the backend.

1. We need to make sure that only one rule is configured under Manage Business Configuration to trigger each event;
2. This scenario will be corrected in the 2H2026.
