3644558 - Promotion Management takes time to load in CMC

Symptom

  • From the Central Management Console (CMC) home page, the promotion management application takes around 60-90 seconds to load the page.
  • CMS web application traces show delay of around 10-12 seconds at process: http://xxxxx:xxxx/source/xref/BI4.3_SP04/lcm.core.java/lcm/src/com/businessobjects/lcm/admin/AdminManager.java#298
  • Browser traces(HAR) show exact delay at process: lcmAppLogon.do 
  • Issue seen on default tomcat URL as well.
