Symptom

  • When using the Performance Analysis Tool in SAP Analytics Cloud, the "Details -> Page Load Time" section does not display performance measures such as Backend Time, Network Time, Internal Processing, or Frontend Time.
  • The measure is displayed as "-" in the affected areas.
  • The issue occurs consistently across different stories, including sample stories.
