3644604 - Candidate Completed PDC Step with Required Fields Missing

Candidate currently in the MPH queue, has completed PDC step, but required fields from Personal Info are blank when viewed from the MPH and onboarding dashboard. (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Highest Level of Education, Preferred Language, Marital Status and Gender.) 
 Hire date was changed to a past date in RCM .  

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

• Step 1:Login to Instance.
• Step 2: - Go to ONB Dashboard.
• Step 3: - Search for user candidate. You can see that PDC is completed. Open Actions -> New Hire data. You can see there is no data In FirstName, Last Name.
• Step 4: - Give random values & proceed further, you will see other details such as (emergency contact, marital status, & other required Fields are blank)
• Step 5: - Go to MPH. search for candidate  from Onboarding, open candidate data, you will see same data missing in MPH.

Hire date was changed to a past date in RCM

The issue occurred because the hire date was changed to a past date in RCM, but the change was not reflected across all EC entities. This happened since, during the automatic restart, person-based entities were not updated.

enabling  the feature toggle to ensure that updates to the start date also flow to person-based entities.
