3644621 - You are not authorized to deploy HDI containers in MAIN_NEWBAS/HANA_DEPLOY_UPG

You are running an upgrade in SUM and you get this error message:

You are not authorized to deploy HDI containers.

By checking the PHASE_HANA_DEPLOY.ELG log file, you can see this:

CAUSE
    To deploy HDI containers, your user needs certain authorizations.
   

SYSTEM_RESPONSE
    The system displays an error message.

WHAT_TO_DO
    Contact your system administrator and request that your user is assigned the following authorizations:
    Deployment authorization
    Authorization object S_DEVELOP with field ACTVT (activity) and value 07 (activate, generate), plus field OBJTYPE (object type)
    and value AMHC. This authorization is in the role SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER.
   
    Authorization to change and read the deployment log
    Authorization object S_DATASET with field ACTVT (activity) and the values 33 (Read) and 34 (Write). If required, you can restrict
    the file name to the directory in the transport directory containing the log (for example, /usr/sap/trans/log/*) in the field
    FILENAME (Physical File Name).
