3644636 - When trying to access Shared Documents in Collaboration Hub, an "Access Denied" warning appears.

After logging in to a new workspace, a user finds that when they try to access Shared Documents in Collaboration Hub, the following warning appears:

    Access denied

    Request ID: 

    You don't have access to this page.
    Contact your workspace administrator if you have questions.

Process Collaboration Hub

Process Modeller

1. Login to SAP Signavio with no Models Published to Collaboration Hub

2. Navigate to Collaboration Hub > Shared Documents

3. Observe Access Denied warning

To fix this error, please do either of the following:

1. Open Collaboration Hub

2. Select your initials in the top right of the screen

3. Select and change View > Preview

4. Observe Models still in Preview

Or

1. Change to Process Manager

2. Create/Select existing Model

3. Navigate to Share > Publish to SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub

4. Publish any model

5. Navigate to Collaboration Hub > Shared Documents

6. Observe Published Model in Collaboration Hub
