Symptom
- The "Social Learning" tab within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning library does not retrieve results.
- The following error message is displayed: "We could not authenticate your user to SAP Jam to retrieve Social Learning results. Please check your access and try again."

Reproducing the Issue
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning with SAP WorkZone.
- Navigate to the "Social Learning" tab within the legacy learning UI.
- Attempt to retrieve search results.
- Observe that no results are displayed, and the error message appears.
Cause
The ENABLE_WORKZONE_INTEGRATION flag was not enabled in the system configuration.
Resolution
- Confirm that the ENABLE_WORKZONE_INTEGRATION flag is required for the integration to function correctly.
- Obtain approval from the customer and the engineering manager to enable the flag.
- Execute the necessary script to enable the ENABLE_WORKZONE_INTEGRATION flag in the database.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies.
- Verify that the "Social Learning" tab now retrieves results successfully.
