When posting document in Post Outgoing Payments app, the system shows the following error message:

1. Open the "Post Outgoing Payments" app.
2. Enter desired parameters for document posting and post it
3. Observe the error message: "Error When Checking Tax Reporting Date".

The tax reporting date entered is not correct. The tax reporting date must not be earlier than the posting date and document date.

1. Navigate to the tax items in the document.
2. Verify the entered tax reporting date.
3. Ensure that the tax reporting date is not earlier than the posting date and document date.
4. Update the tax reporting date with a valid date if necessary.
