1. Log in with Support access for one of the affected users (e.g., Support Username: SGA_Apprenant_11).
2. Ensure the user is using the French Canadian Language in both Learning and the user profile settings.
3. Navigate to Zone Formation (Learning) > Reports.
4. Run any report, for example, Historique de formation (CSV).
5. Click on the "Générer le rapport" button.
6. Observe the status: "Failure".
7. Go to the User Profile (top right corner) > Paramètres (Settings) > Langue (Language).
8. Change the language to English US and click "Switch".
9. Revert the language back to French Canadian and click "Switch".
10. Run the reports again.
11. Reports are successfully generated.

• The LMS users do not have their locale set in preferences.
• If the user locale preference is not set, the system may default to the customer's system locale, but reports require a user-specific locale to function properly.

1. Update the user initialization process to include setting the locale preferences for LMS users.
2. For existing users experiencing the issue, follow these steps:

a. Go to the User Profile (top right corner) > Paramètres (Settings) > Langue (Language).

b. Change the language to English US and click "Switch".

c. Revert the language back to French Canadian and click "Switch".

d. Run the reports again to confirm successful generation.
