3644835 - Inactive attribute is still visible on growth portfolio

Attribute Still visible in Growth Portfolio even though it is set to inactive in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio

2. See an attribute being visible 

3. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub

4. See that it is set to inactive

This is expected behavior: Attributes will not be automatically removed from the Growth portfolio as per system design.

If you add an Attribute in Growth Portfolio then set it to Inactive in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, it does not mean it will automatically be removed in Growth Portfolio or make it hidden, you will need manually remove the attribute from Growth portfolio or import Growth the relevant Growth portfolio records as inactive per the guide Importing Entities | SAP Help Portal.

Currently there is a known issue for Growth portfolio import failing with 400 error, when the attribute is inactive in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, the issue is being investigated.

Workaround:

1. Temporarily make the affected attribute as active in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub. (Make an Attribute Import to make the attributes from Inactive to active if there are many records).
2. Execute Growth portfolio import job successfully to make the attribute as Inactive in GP, so that it gets removed from GP page.
3. Deactivate (make attribute as inactive) again in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub page or make an Attribute import again to make the attributes from active to inactive.
