3644835 - Inactive attribute behaviour on Growth Portfolio

 If an attribute is set to inactive in Manage Talent Intelligence Hub, what will be the impact on Growth Portfolio?

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Growth portfolio

1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio.

2. See an attribute being visible.

3. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.

4. See that it is set to inactive.

5. Attribute is removed from Growth Portfolio.

6. Activate the same attribute in TIH.

7. The attribute becomes visible in Growth Portfolio.

This is current expected behaviour:

manually added attributes and attributes added from Families and Roles will be automatically hidden from Growth portfolio after deactivation in TIH.

To bring such attributes back, activate them in TIH.

Note: In "Manage job profile content - Families and Roles" inactive attributes mapped will be greyed out.

To permanently remove a manually added attribute from Growth Portfolio, click Remove button or import the corresponding attributes as inactive following the guide: Importing Entities | SAP Help Portal and SAP SuccessFactors Growth Portfolio Import Files.

To permanently remove attributes added from Families and Roles, 1st un-map these attributes from a Role or Family and after click Remove button in Growth Portfolio or import the corresponding attributes as inactive following the guide: Importing Entities | SAP Help Portal and SAP SuccessFactors Growth Portfolio Import Files.
