3644862 - KCLJ/KCLP: Missing Field Values after System Upgrade or Implementation of Support Package for FS-CD Data Transfer

Symptom

  • After a system upgrade or the implementation of a support package, field values are reset to initial value during KCLJ data transfer for the following transfer types: 
    • Contract partner  (transfer type 015)
    • Contract account data (transfer type 073) 
    • Insurance Object data (transfer type 120) or 
    • Payment plan items (transfer type 121)
  • The transferred data records are correct and do not differ from those processed before the upgrade.
