Symptom
- User is unable to connect to Incentive Management, as the SSO authentication fails on the customer side.
- Login attempt does not reach the server.
- Error message: "The signed in user <USER ID> is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application."
