3644917 - Growth Portfolio "Mark as passionate" is not getting saved

System is not saving the "Mark as passionate" selection (heart icon) in the Growth Portfolio. After refreshing the screen, the skill marked as passionate disappears.

1. Go to Growth portfolio
2. Mark any of the attribute as passionate
3. Refresh the screen 
4. It gets reverted

User has only "view" and "mark as passionate" permissions under RBP Growth portfolio.

As per current product behavior, if the user / proxy user has only "view" and "mark as passionate" permissions, he/she can't mark the attribute as passionate. Only if the user is granted edit permission, user can mark the attribute as passionate. Behavior remains same for both logged in or proxy user.
