3644936 - IBP: RTI - Integration fails due to Product/Plant location/Customer/Vendor not found

Symptom

After activating the integration model, or running CFM9, one of the below error messages show:

  • Product XXXXXX not found
  • Vendor location XXXXXX not found
  • Plant location XXXXXX not found
  • Customer XXXXXX not found
  • Location product combination does not exist
