Symptom

  • Using Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) as a central Integration Server (Dual Stack or Dual Usage) or a local Integration Engine in an ABAP application system which sends/receives messages.
  • While attempting to archive a substantial volume of messages in a single operation and the task is failing due to the extended runtime of the Archive job.
  • The ARV_BC_XMB_WRP* job is taking a long time to archive messages.
