3644973 - FF724 does not occur for incorrect input of BAPI.

Symptom

When you run BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST to post new document with the following tax data, the system popup error FF724.(rounding rule B)

0000000004 JPY 0.0000 8.0000 0.0000

If we change the data to the following, the document could be created without any error.

However the "-2" is not correct.
