3644995 - Confirmed scrap quantity in the Order Headers list is shown as cumulative quantity of each operation in Monitor Production / Planned Orders app

In Monitor Production / Planned Orders app Order Headers list, for confirmed scrap quantity, it’s shown as the cumulation of scrap quantity in each operation instead of the scrap quantity of the last operation, which is like the confirmed quantity.

It's standard system behavior that the calculation logics of confirmed scrap quantity and confirmed quantity are different at order header level.

For confirmed quantity, the system takes the quantity of the last operation directly. 
For confirmed scrap quantity, the system cumulates the scrap quantity of each operation. The reason is that a piece of material can only be scrapped once, so it's necessary to sum up all confirmed scrap quantities of each operation.
