3645069 - It is not possible to search with employee id in the offboarding dashboard - Onboarding

Symptom

  • It is not possible to search with employee id in the offboarding dashboard.
  • The search functionality works with the employee's name but not with the Employee ID.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as user responsible for offboarding.
  2. Select Offboarding from the drop down on the home page.
  3. Search for employee using an employee ID.
  4. Observe that the search does not return results for the employee in the Offboarding Dashboard.

Cause

This is a product limitation.

Resolution
