3645071 - Notify Plant Maintenance Order Update from SAP Field Service Management to SAP S4HANA results into Error Code 400

Symptom

  • When a Plant Maintenance Order activity is closed in FSM, the iFlow “Notify Plant Maintenance Order Update from SAP Field Service Management to SAP S/4HANA” fails with HTTP 400 (Bad Request).
  • Attempting to close an FSM activity triggers the error message:
    'error':{"code":"EAM_FSM_MORDER_REPL/037","message":"Maintenance Order and Operation XXXXX/YY status change is not supported'.
