3645085 - Entry into force of the Act on the labor market and employment service ( Ustawa o rynku pracy i służbie zatrudnienia)

Symptom

 In connection with the above-mentioned act, and among others, Art. 13. 1, the employer shall release the employee from work to participate in meetings of the labor market council, trainings referred to in section 4, and participation in meetings of authorities of institutions or organizations referred to in art. 8 section 2 point 10. For the time of the release, the employee retains the right to remuneration calculated according to the rules applicable to the calculation of holiday leave remuneration.
