3645209 - Behaviors not displayed below Competencies in Latest Form Experience

• Behaviors are not displayed below the competency section in the Latest Form Experience of the PM form.
• Behaviors are visible only on the right-hand side panel after clicking to expand the competency.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 

1. Configure the PM Form Template with "Show Behavior" enabled in the competency section.
2. Launch a form and ensure the Latest Form Experience is enabled.
3. Observe that behaviors do not appear below competencies in the form.
4. Expand an individual competency and notice that behaviors are displayed on the right-hand side panel.

This is as per the Experience change for the Latest Form Experience.

1. When "Show Behavior" is enabled in the PM Form Template, behaviors appear only on the right-hand side panel after expanding the competency.
2. To display behaviors below competencies in an expanded view, enable the "Rating on behaviors" option in the PM Form Template.

   
   Workaround

   If displaying behaviors directly below competencies is critical, consider using the older form experience, which supports this layout.
