3645237 - Error encountered during Business Partner Replication from C4C to S/4HANA Cloud

When replicating a Business Partner from C4C to S/4Hana Cloud, the replication fails with the following error message: "Referenced business partner (GUID ZZZZZZZZZZZZ) not completely processed yet".

1. Update multiple records in C4C that trigger replication to S/4Hana Cloud.
2. Observe that all replicated Business Partners go into error with the message: "Referenced business partner (GUID ZZZZZZZZZZZZ) not completely processed yet".
3. Attempt to reprocess the message ID, which results in the same error.

The issue occurred because the contact person added as a sales area-dependent relationship (partner function) is not available as a normal relationship under the account. This happened because the relationship message sent in the past, when the contact was added to the account, did not get processed due to another reason.

To add a contact person as a sales area dependent relationship, the contact must first be linked to the account under the Active Contacts tab in C4C. After the contact is associated as an active contact, the relationship can be added, ensuring proper replication and preventing replication errors.
