3645267 - How to activate system notifications via email as a default user profile setting in SAC

• Administrators are unable to locate the configuration option to activate "system notifications" via email as a default user profile setting for multiple users in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• The issue arises when attempting to avoid manual configuration by each individual user.

1. Navigate to the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administration Panel.
2. Choose Notification tab.
3. Attempt to configure "system notifications" for email as a default setting for all users.

1. From the side navigation, choose  System   Administration.
2. Choose the Default Appearance tab in the SAP Analytics Cloud Administration Panel.
3. Use this setting to override the value configured in users' profile settings, enabling "system notifications" via email as a default for all users.

Note that applying this change will update all user profile settings, not just the system notifications. This includes resetting the preferred language to English for all users, which may cause confusion among the user base.
