3645371 - Error "Unable to retrieve item price. Enter '&1' price element manually" when creating service document

When creating a service document and adding an item to it, the following error is displayed: "Unable to retrieve item price. Enter '&1' price element manually".

The necessary configurations were done and a purchasing info record is created for the item.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The condition type maintained on the material info record doesn't match the condition type maintained in customizing.

The condition type assigned for the item category in the configuration activity 'Assign Condition Type to Item Categories' (ID: 180011) is not the same as the condition type maintained on the purchasing info record.

The condition types should match so the system can correctly determine the pricing.
