3645395 - Offer letter is blank when previewed - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When the user access the offer letter the offer letter does not load and appears blank with no display 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to candidate application
  2. Select Take Action
  3. Offer Letter 
  4. Offer letter is blank and does not load. 
  5. Preview offer 

Cause

Data issue with the offer letter created. 

Resolution

To see the offer letter template the user can use the option Reset Template 

Once you use the Reset template option any data issue found in the offer letter will be removed and the template will display. The user can then continue to proceed with the offer approval
