3645396 - Inspection lot with status SUB can be deleted

Symptom

Inspection lot was sent to an external subsystem and status SUB (I0230 - Transmit to subsystem) is activated for the inspection lot.

This inspection lot can be deleted for example in transaction CO02/COR2 using Functions ---> Read PP Master Data, which can cause undesired situations in the external system (i.e: if inspection lot is re-created afterwards, two inspection lots will be assigned to the order).
