3645434 - Calculation of State tax for Sinaloa

Symptom

When running the payroll calculation for employees assigned to the state of Sinaloa, the /490 (State Tax) wage type does not appear in the Results Table (RT). Additionally, the calculated tax does not appear in Accounting, which causes discrepancies in expected accounting provisions related to the ISN (State Payroll Tax) for Sinaloa.
