3645437 - "Queries are missing one or more models of SAP Application connections" Error when creating or editing Story report on SAC Enterprise

When creating or running a Story report, we can see below error:

"Queries are missing one or more models of SAP Application connections. Please edit and resave the model."

Network logs shows below message:

1. Login to the SAC Enterprise Instance;
2. Go to 'Catalog';
3. Open or Create any affected Story report that is using SAPSFSFLMS or SAPSFSFREP live connections:
   
   
   
   
4. When opening the query you can see below error:
   "Queries are missing one or more models of SAP Application connections. Please edit and resave the model."
5. In browser network logs we can see below error
   "Messages": [

               "Text": "Query does not exist in the query repository.""

• Post investigation it is observed that underlying DBSchema has been changed from one pool to other, considering the performance improvements. (dbPool migration)
• Due to this certain cache information remained unchanged and was causing issues in connecting to DB. 

To resolve the issue for SAC Enterprise Stories, please manually edit and save the story data. This action will successfully re-create the necessary calculation views, allowing the Stories on SAC Enterprise to run as expected.

For People Analytics Stories on SuccessFactors, re-running them automatically re-creates the query calculation views. Unfortunately, this automatic behavior is not currently supported for SAC Enterprise Stories.
