Symptom
- Users are unable to resize the list columns in the Case Workspace.
- The cursor does not allow dragging column borders, and no alternative resize control is available.
- The same issue also happens with other List Type Workspaces.
Environment
- SAP Service Cloud Version 2
- SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to SAP Service Cloud V2 with an Administrator user.
- Navigate to Workspaces → Cases or any other List type Work Space.
- Open the Case Overview workspace.
- Start Adaptation Mode (via User menu → Start Adaptation / Adapt UI).
- Attempt to resize any table/list column.
- Observe that resizing is not possible.

Resolution
- Please note that the changes in step 6, cannot be reverted after enabled! - please consider this before proceeding.
- To enable column resizing in list views such as the Case Workspace, activate the UI Improvements to the Shell service.
- Go to Settings, and open the Role assigned to the user who will be granted rights.
- Under Business Services, ensure the "sap.crm.service.customerFeatureToggleService" service has been enabled
- Under Business Service ID, ensure the "Customer Features" app has been enabled as Admin, as well.
- Save your changes
- Refresh the UI, and go back to Settings -> System Preferences -> Feature Activation Hub.
- Check the Activate box, next to the UI Improvements/Shell.
- The user interface is enhanced, with the rearrangement of plug-ins in the shell, and minor UI improvements for better usability and consistency.
- Restart the UI, and test.
