You are seeking for Message Monitoring Subscription functionality to automate some of IT Admin activities in the message statuses in the Message Monitoring screen.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Settings
- Go to Integration
- Go to Message Monitoring
Cause
The is no Message Monitoring Subscription option in Sales Cloud Version 2 but you can still use the SAP Cloud ALM.
It is an offering for application life-cycle management (ALM).
Resolution
In SAP Cloud ALM, it is possible to configure and subscribe to email notifications.
