Symptom

How to check the Technical UD value of Communication Systems.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud V2
  • SAP Service Cloud V2

Resolution

To find the "Technical ID" of the communication system:

  1. Navigate to "All Settings" > "Communication System."
  2. Select the edit pencil icon for the required communication system.
  3. Locate the "Technical ID" field, which is in UUID format.

This field can be used when importing data via Data Impex Tool.
