3645489 - Incorrect attachment name displayed when downloading the order attachment

Symptom

The attachment name displayed in SAP Commerce Cloud of an order is correct in order Attachments pop up. But when clicking on the attachment link, the file opens in a new browser tab with a blob URL with some id instead of the expected file name.
